Welcome to Blox's Fan Art Merch Contest Terms and Conditions page. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the parameters of the Blox's Fan Art Merch Contest.

2. Eligibility

• The contest is open to individuals of all ages, but participants under 18 must have parent/guardian consent.
• Participants must submit original artwork created solely by them.

3. Submission Rules

• Submissions must follow the guidelines stated in the Submission Rules section.
• Artwork that violates any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or similar, will be disqualified.
• AI-generated images, photomanipulations, or uncredited copied work will not be accepted.

4. Selection of Winning Designs

• Winning designs will be selected at the sole discretion of the contest organizers.
• Criteria for judging will include originality, creativity, and artistic quality.

5. Use of Submitted Artwork

• By submitting artwork to the contest, participants grant the organizers the right to use, display, reproduce, and modify their designs for:
• The creation, promotion, and sale of merchandise.
• Marketing and promotional activities related to the contest and/or merchandise.
• All usage will include appropriate credit to the artist.

6. Compensation

• Winning artists will receive a 2% royalty on sales of merchandise featuring their submitted design.
• Selected artists will be notified by the contest team regarding the payment schedule and method of payment.
• Royalties will be calculated based on net sales revenue of merchandise using the design.

7. Agreement

• By submitting artwork, participants confirm they understand and accept these terms.
• Contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions that violate any of the stated rules or guidelines.
